But the job was well managed and executed by Angelo, Don and Stewart in a professional and skillful manner. Their attention to detail ensured the site remained safe, clean and tidy at all times and the result far exceeded our expectations. It wasn’t an easy task selecting a Melbourne Carpenter from the many on offer, it was terrific to find a team equipped to cover both the carpentry and home renovation aspects.

I would highly recommend Total Trades for all home maintenance , carpentry and property repair work.  It is wonderful to know that we can call upon Angelo and his reliable team in the future, and be confident that they will care for our home repairs as much as we care for our home.

We are very happy with the new timber deck that the Total Trades Carpenters made for us. We found it hard to get any Melbourne Carpenter to even attend to provide us with a quote let alone complete the job, but the Tradesmen at Total Trades were prompt, reliable and fairly priced. Our Timber Deck looks amazing and we will have no problem using them in future for any home improvement projects that may arise requiring the services of a good carpenter.

I have to admit at first I thought I could do our own home renovation before selling our property. However, I soon found out it is a lot harder than I had initially thought. After a couple of failed DIY attempts, my wife and I found it much less stressful using Total Trades to finish our Home renovation. Angelo organised things like bathroom upgrades, decking, odds and ends including well overdue home maintenance issues like door and window repairs, skirting and architraves. He even created a whole new backyard for us. He mixed up a bit of carpentry and formwork in our backyard to create an outdoor entertaining area to die for. I’m not normally the type to review people I usually cant be bothered. But for this  Melbourne carpenter to  add so massively to our home selling way above what we thought we would get, it would be unfair not to. We look forward to using your carpentry and handyman services to get our next home renovation underway.

I recently bought an existing home without getting a pre purchase building inspection (not my smartest move) As it turned out there was quite some home repair needed both structurally and cosmetically . I called a few places but chose to go with Total Trades to rectify the problems I had inherited with my new property. The head carpenter from Total Trades was very reliable and highly skilled. He showed up when he said he would and was easy to deal with.  He repaired all my rotting timber flooring and sub-floor, all my rotting window frames, installed a new flat pack kitchen,  constructed a new Timber deck and fixed my Leaking roof amongst other home improvements. I’m annoyed I hadn’t used a Building inspector but I have learn’t my lesson now and am most grateful that what could have been a costly disaster was turned around by engaging the carpentry professionals . Total trades was a big help. I was also pleased to know that they also carry out pre purchase inspections for homes as well as pre sale renovations (noted for next time) not that i’m planning on selling now, I’m quite pleased with my newly renovated home!

We have a Victorian terrace house that needed façade renovations. Total trades carried out all the Lace work repair, balcony reconstruction and jarrah floor installation. After proving that they live up to their promises we also used them recently again to repair our sash windows, retaining wall and our backyard timber deck that was showing its age. We will use them again when we need our back gate and fence done. The place looks incredible now, amazing how a few property repairs and a small home renovation can improve the house so vastly. Their Melbourne carpenters and Handyman were very friendly and reliable.

We needed an on-call Office Maintenance service that only bills us for what they do as necessary and in a timely fashion. After having become frustrated by the lack of service provided by other property maintenance providers I decided to give a new contractor a go. The tradies at Total Trades have been prompt and reliable every time we have had an issue in our office or on site at an event. Their qualified Melbourne Carpenters have consistently carried out all handyman duties more efficiently and with far less disruption (and delay) than we had experienced with our prior Office Maintenance contractor. I’m so glad I made the decision to source a new property maintenance contractor and know I will be equally satisfied with the home renovation and investment property maintenance they are scheduled to carry out on my residential properties. Total Trades was quite the find, happy to be able to provide their details to others.
